I've always been confused as to how to cook/prepare what cuts of beef. The "Matching Cooking methods to Beef Cuts Ensures Success" is a very handy PDF that I downloaded and printed to put on my fridge!
Nice site! My new favorite cut is Flat Iron Steaks - beefy flavor and very tender.
Great giveaway! The Beef Sirloin Kabobs with Roasted Red Pepper Dipping Sauce look delicious!
I can't wait to try the Beef Tenderloin with Savory Saucy Mushrooms. I also have the Tenderloin with Espresso Bourbon Sauce on my menu for this week. They sound so deeeelicious.

Wow, Beef is the best give-away ever. I just recently join a coop that will deliver grass-fed meats to my house every week. I love beef best.

I've never made a steak at home before, so I could definitely use the tutorial on how to make a steakhouse steak! Thanks for the giveaway!
I love beef...Yum..
I made your "flank steak with wine and balsalmic mushroom sauce" and was very surprised how good it turned out considering I am a beginner cook! I can't wait to try the "tenderloin steaks with espresso-bourbon sauce"...Yum!!
There are two that really made my mouth water: Chipotle Sloppy Joes with Crunchy Cole Slaw & Beef, Arugula & Spinach Lasagna. My family has turned toward a healthier lifestyle (and so had my blog) and these look great for us!
Pam @ Lobster And Fishsticks
Sounds like a great cookbook. I love beef but don't make it at home too often.

I'm always looking for more ethnic dishes to try, and the recipe for moroccan beef stew and sweet potatoes looks great. Plus - it's a slow cooker recipe. Perfect.
This site is sure to pull me out of the rut in buying the same cuts of meat, making the same recipes, just in time for grill season.

I'd love to try the recipe for Garlic-Herb Crusted Beef Roast. I need to find new ways to cook roasts. By the way, I think your Tunisian Steak Wraps look so yummy.
The Baked Mini Meatballs sound great - I found them under the "kid friendly" section. I make spinach-breadcrumbs-Parmesan balls for appetizers all the time, and I was just thinking the other day that I should incorporate some meat in them to serve my 1-year-old at dinner. I bet you could freeze them to have as a handy go-to meal for kids and adults alike!

I grew up on a cattle ranch so these all look delicious. My plan is learn to make the perfect steak so will try several options here.
The Mushroom Merlot Burger sounds like a clear winner! I can just imagine it with some homemade sweet potato fries.

I want my beef to be grass fed and moved from pasture to pasture without being fed corn or other grains. You know, the way cows are biologically supposed to eat!

Dude - beef has 8X the vitamin B12 as chicken, and 6X the zinc! I will definitely be cutting back on my massive consumption of chicken now that I know this....

I am going back to get more inspiration, but I loved the asian steak stir fry!
I think the Wild Mushroom Beef Stew recipe sounds yummy! We love our beef, but we also try to be healthy - and sometimes it's difficult! I also like this recipe because it's done in the slow cooker and since I'm a "frugal soul" and this saves a ton of energy/money - I'm loving it!

Wow that site was a weath of info. I was wandering around the net looking for something to do with "beef roll steaks" (the local store has em on sale for under $2.00 a pound. I' gonna try the vegitable-stuffed rolled flank steak. looks yummy and the instructions look so easy!
We love beef in our home, but often it's too expensive for us to buy on a weekly basis... We probably only get to cook it once every 3 weeks or so. :( A $100 gift card would really help out!
A couple of years ago I made a recipe with Blade Steaks for a Boston event. The steaks were braised and came out wonderfully. This is a recipe I need to revisit.
Best,
